1. The client is required to pay 50% of the total final price prior to project commencement. This is non-refundable.
2. The remaining 50% of the price is to be paid on satisfactory completion of the project. Copyright will not be transferred until 100% of the total final price is paid. Clients may not claim their 50% deposit back, but if they choose to end the project before completion they will not be required to pay the remaining 50% of the price. 
3. All designs prior to the final design will feature a protective watermark. Circumventing this watermark in order to use a design before full payment is received will violate copyright, which is not transferred until full payment is received.
4. Clients are able to claim a £2 discount on the total final price if they choose to receive their files via email only. The invoice will then state that postage and packaging costs are nil.
